This very large housing development would seriously impact natural habitat, ecology, water quality of the Land Yeo, the well-being of local residents, and traffic not least on the B3130 through Tickenham. The main road through the estate would become a rat run between a new roundabout close to the junction of Pound Lane with Clevedon Road and a roundabout on the road to Wraxall on the B3130 (misprinted in the planning documents as B3150) opposite the entance to what was The Barn public house.
