As discussed at the N.A.G. AGM Gleeson’s have now submitted an outline planning application 23/P/1145/OUT for up to 400 houses on Land South Of Nailsea West Of Station Road Nailsea

The outline plan for up to 400 houses includes the demolition of 87 Station Road (the house nearest to the Lake entrance). The access road into the site will be between the Station car park and the Lake entrance.
